I love writing about mindset and well-being, and I am passionate about life balance. After suffering many years of yo-yo dieting and poor body image, I was on the hunt for a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle.


The 80/20 rule was a great starting ground for me. No longer did I have rigid food rules or restrictions, but rather, a visual for nutritional balance.
